Mexicali, December 27.- In an extraordinary session the plenary of Congress approved the opinion regarding the reform package that amends and adds articles of the Law of the State System of Citizen Security, of the Law on Disappearance and Search of Persons, as well as of the Organic Law of the Attorney General of the State of Baja California, on the proposal of the head of the executive branch, Marina del Pilar Avila Olmeda.
