Local author self-published sixth book

Tim Smith recently self-published his sixth book, called "A Tourist on the Company Dime," where he explores historical sites in all 50 states. "For probably 40 years, I traveled for my work, and as it says here, I became a tourist on the company dime," Smith said. "Most times I traveled, I tried to go see a historical site." Smith included 58 historical sites in the book, with at least one chapter for each state.
