FARGO — L.L. Bean is coming to the West Acres Shopping Center. That's according to West Acres COO Alissa Adams, who said the mall has signed a lease with L.L. Bean to occupy about 15,000 square feet in space that was formerly home to Forever 21. It is anticipated L.L.
