Live music is key to Stream Realty's Sixth Street revitalization

As Stream Realty moves forward with its plan to transform parts of Austin’s famed Sixth Street, the Dallas-based real estate developer aims to amplify the city’s status as Live Music Capital of the World. A senior executive gave some of the most detailed plans yet to the Austin Music Commission — including a new use for the old Easy Tiger and a new office building meant to channel New York City's Radio City Music Hall.
