Interim trail decision an opportunity to move forward Matt Farrell’s commentary of “Let’s try trollies!” (Dec. 12) ignores a fundamental reality: there is no zero-emission trolley on the market today that meets the ZEPRT requirements used in the RTC’s $9 million analysis.
