The Danish dermatological laboratory could pay up to 435 million dollars for dersimelagon, which is expected to be marketed by 2027. Due to the investments associated with this launch, LEO Pharma has lowered its range of adjusted ebitda margin for 2026 from 14% to 16%, instead of 15% to 18%.
