Lee & Associates negotiated the purchase of a 455,858-square-foot industrial building located at 16801 Exchange Avenue in Lansing, Illinois. Walter Murphy, Principal at Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented the buyer, RBT Industries (The Great Escape), the largest retailer of the leading home leisure products. RBT will occupy 313,982 square feet of the building while the remainder of the building is leased to LKQ Corporation. The heavily powered building has close proximity to I-80 and I-94 with proximity to their current labor pool in the surrounding area. The institutional seller, Plymouth Industrial REIT, Inc., was represented by Stephanie Park, Colin Green and Traci Payette of CBRE.
