Warren LeBeau Warren LeBeau, retired corrections officer and current sportswriter for the Potter County News in Gettysburg and West River Eagle in Eagle Butte, was appointed last Tuesday, July 2 to fill a vacant seat on the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribal Council.
