Lebanese interior minister visits Pakistan Monument
ISLAMABAD - Lebanese Interior Minister Ahmad Al-Hajjar on Monday visited the Pakistan Monument and Islamabad Police Lines, paying tribute to the country’s martyrs and reviewing a ceremonial parade of Islamabad Police personnel during his official visit to Pakistan.
The Minister of the Interior and the municipalities, Ahmed Al-Hajjar, the Army Commander, met Pakistan's Chief of Staff, Marsher Asim Munir, in the city of Rawalpindi. During the meeting attended by the Ambassador of Lebanon to Pakistan, Abdul Aziz Issa, and the Director-General of the Internal Security Forces, Major General Raed Abdullah, the Minister commended the role played by Pakistan in regional security and stability.
