Lantern Festival returns at Manning's Lightning Lake

One of the most popular, and prettiest, events at Manning Park each summer is the Lantern Festival at Lightning Lake. This year, it runs on Aug. 1 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. The event starts with a lantern-making workshop, that’s available from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Lightning Lake day use area.
