Incident reported at the A3121 Kingsbridge Road near Wrangaton Cross. Traffic monitoring system Inrix reports queuing traffic on the A38. All lanes have been re-opened. Residual delays remain after earlier accident which has now cleared. We have approached Devon and Cornwall Police for more information.
