Land-amet: Price of new apartment in Tallinn increased by 14 per cent in a year

According to the Land Office, the number of real estate transactions was five per cent lower, while the total value was six per cent higher than a year ago. In Tallinn, the average square metre price of new apartments increased by 14 per cent over the year.
