LANCASTER, S.C. – Lancaster Police are searching for a man who they believe shot and killed someone at an apartment complex late Monday night. Police say they were called to the Palmetto Place Apartments around 9:30 Monday evening. When they got there, they say they found 57-year-old Edward Townsend, who had been shot.
