Bengaluru: IAS officer Gyanendra Kumar has been arrested in connection with the KPSC recruitment scam case. Gyanendra was arrested by the CID for failing to cooperate with the investigation. CID officials interrogated him for 11 hours yesterday. They interrogated him again from 12 noon today.

IAS officer Gyanendra Kumar, who was absconding in the KPSC veterinary officer recruitment scam, has finally appeared before the CID for questioning. The CID had issued a notice to the officer who had fled to Delhi as soon as the ED and CID were alerted to the raid. The inquiry is being conducted under the leadership of CID investigating officer Raghavendra Hegde.
