Kingston mayor says mixed-used project at Broadway site is progressing; site set for state brownfield cleanup program

KINGSTON, N.Y. — Mayor Steve Noble said that plans calling for nearly 60 housing units as part of a mixed-use project at the former Kings Inn Site at 615 Broadway continue to move forward a year and a half after the project was announced. Noble said Tuesday that the project remains in the engineering state and he expects it to appear before the city’s Planning Board before the end of the year.
