Killingworth to end Flock contract

Killingworth will soon end its contract with Flock Safety for automated license plate reader (ALPR) cameras. According to Killingworth First Selectman Eric Couture, he is currently negotiating an early end to the town’s contract with Flock as the town has entered a new fiscal year and does not have funding for the license.
