ACTION 8 UPDATE: Montgomery police have made a homicide arrest after a man who was shot earlier this month died of his injuries. Police say they have charged 38-year-old Litasha Washington with murder. She is accused of shooting 36-year-old Travis Jackson of Montgomery.
