Kiev and Brussels reached an agreement on the terms of financing Ukraine during 2026 and 2027, but without any new financial commitments from the European Union (EU) at this stage, the two sides said late last night in a joint statement.
On Thursday Ukraine and the European Union reached agreement in principle on how to meet the additional financial needs of Kiev for 2026, according to which Brussels does not intend to commit for new amounts.
