In view of the increase in private management of public health, and following the scandal of the Torrejón Hospital, which uncovered this newspaper, the Ministry of Health has accelerated the processing of a law that seeks to avoid a model in which companies profit from the provision of the service. To this end, the Council of Ministers approved on Tuesday the preliminary draft Law on Public Management and Integrity of the National Health System.
