Kern DA recovers Sinclair statue, stolen equipment

Last Friday, the Kern County District Attorney’s Office recovered over $100,000 in stolen equipment in Oildale.  That included an eight-foot DINO statue seen at Sinclair gas stations.  The big picture: Along with the DINO statue, investigators found gas pumps and card readers that have been linked to a series of thefts throughout Kern County.  Investigators also recovered two stolen vehicles.  Dustin Hering, 45, was arrested for multiple counts…
