Invalidity appeal against acquittal in the Kellermayr case
In the Kellermayr case, the prosecutor's office of Wels filed an appeal against the acquittal of a German nullity complaint. The 61-year-old had to answer to the court for dangerous threat of suicidal persecution. Since his e-mails and Twitter messages (now X Note) for the Schöffengericht were not clearly responsible for the suicide of the doctor Lisa-Maria Kellermayr, he was not legally acquitted last Thursday.
