BE Investors Have Opportunity to Lead Bloom Energy Corporation Securities Fraud Lawsuit
The complaint says Bloom Energy understated its reliance on Chinese scandium, and investors who bought shares during the class period have until Sept. 28 to seek lead plaintiff status.
On August 4, 2026, law firm Kaplan Fox & Kilsheimer LLP filed a class action lawsuit against Bloom Energy Corporation on behalf of investors who acquired securities between February 27, 2025, and July 8, 2026.
Following a July 8, 2026, report by Hunterbrook Media, the complaint alleges Bloom Energy concealed its reliance on Chinese scandium sourced through intermediaries, misrepresenting its supply chain dependency.
Defendants allegedly made materially false statements regarding Bloom Energy's business operations and prospects, failing to disclose that the company obtained scandium through intermediaries who sourced the metal from China.
Investors wishing to serve as lead plaintiff must move the court no later than September 28, 2026; alternatively, class members may remain absent or select their own counsel.
Kaplan Fox has recovered more than $10 billion for clients over five decades, while Rosen Law Firm also announced a competing class action lawsuit against Bloom Energy for the same period.
