On March 24, 2026, at approximately 10:20 a.m., officers responded to a school in the Kapolei area regarding a report of a firearm on campus. A 16-year-old male was found to be in possession of a handgun while on school property. The incident was reported to school staff, and subsequently a firearm was recovered.
