The Supreme Administrative Court rejected Michal Truban's proposal to transfer judge Pamela Záleská to the district court. It disciplined her by deducting four months' salary for unnecessary delays.
She was found guilty on the basis of a disciplinary motion filed by the President of the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic, Marcela Kosova.
On Wednesday, the Supreme Administrative Court heard the case of Žilinka versus Lipšic, and a day later, the case between Truban and Záleská. Both cases are connected by a conflict between colleagues, which escalated into disciplinary proceedings. And a request to transfer the prosecuted to a lower prosecutor's office or court.
