JRAC Seeking Organizations For Opioid Settlement Fund Grants

The Jackson County Reinvestment Advisory Council (JRAC) has announced the opening of the application period for opioid settlement funds. Applications will be accepted through Aug. 31, 2026. Eligible organizations in Jackson County are encouraged to submit proposals that align with the allowable uses of funds as outlined in Exhibit E of the National Opioid Settlement, https://nationalopioidsettlement.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/TEVA-Exhibit-E.pdf. To be considered for funding, applicants must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization or have a fiscal agent that holds 501(c)(3) status, be a 501(c)(19), county department, or municipality working to combat substance use disorder.
