Joyce Chatman, 79, passed away peacefully Monday, October 5, 2026, at Vanceburg Hills. Joyce was born at Straight Fork on October 13, 1946, a daughter of the late Edgar and Cophine Friend Chatman. She was a homemaker and spent her free time volunteering at the nursing home. She enjoyed planting and raising her flowers. She loved to play with Fred, her granddog.
