- This Settlement requires John Deere to provide diagnostic tools and software for independent repairs, with offline capabilities available by December 31, 2026, while approximately 200,000 Customers will share the $99 million payout.
- Counsel described the agreement as an "excellent result for the Class" in District Court documents, while Denver Caldwell, vice president of aftermarket and customer support at John Deere, said the company is "pleased that this resolution allows us to move forward."
