Johnson County Attorney Tucker Ruby brought an agreement between the county and Volunteers of America of the Northern Rockies (VOA) before the county commission for their consideration. Ruby explained the agreement. Ruby added that given what he thinks the county’s need will be and VOA’s willingness to cooperate with the county, he asked the commission to approve the agreement, which they voted to approve.
