Jhonsson Smit Cruz Torres, alias ‘Jhonsson Pulpo’, arrived in the capital on board a FAP Hercules plane, a day after he was captured in La Paz. The alleged leader of Los Pulpos was wanted internationally for kidnapping, extortion and hit man and had a reward of S/500 thousand.
After his arrival in Lima, Cruz will be transferred to the Dirandro headquarters to face the trials that follow him for crimes such as qualified homicide, hit man, criminal organization, kidnapping, among others.
The subject was handed over to the Peruvian police after being captured in La Paz, Bolivia.
