Witnesses describe school bullying, online abuse and fears after recent attacks as Jewish families say security needs have risen.
The Royal Commission on Antisemitism and Social Cohesion held its third day of public hearings in Sydney on Wednesday, where witnesses provided testimony regarding rising antisemitism in Australian schools and public spaces.

Outside the venue on Wednesday, NSW Police moved on a 68-year-old man wearing a swastika-emblazoned shirt; the commission stated it was "appalled" such clothing appeared near its hearing venue.
Witness Dean Cherny questioned who is "showing hatred" while advocating for a two-state solution, as families expressed profound anxiety over the climate of fear affecting Jewish Australians.
