Israel Destroys East Lebanon Bridge, Hits South Beirut
The military said it hit Hezbollah infrastructure after destroying a bridge to block reinforcements and equipment crossing the Litani River.
- On Saturday, the Israeli military began striking "Hezbollah infrastructure" in Beirut's southern suburbs following Friday's destruction of an eastern Lebanese bridge. Two loud explosions were heard in the capital early Saturday.

- The US Embassy in Lebanon warned that "Iran and its aligned terrorist militias may intend to target universities in Lebanon." The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon reported three peacekeepers wounded in a blast at a southern position.
