Isle of Palms City Council set to workshop noise ordinance in time for summer

ISLE OF PALMS, S.C. (WCBD)—City leaders on the Isle of Palms say the area could implement a noise ordinance this summer, something they have been workshopping for years.  On Wednesday, the Isle of Palms Public Safety Committee met and discussed a version of the ordinance they hope to send to the council workshop and then to the council.
