Lang 8/28/26 The Iowa State Patrol is investigating a hit-and-run accident near Solon that seriously injured a pedestrian. The official accident report indicates 40-year-old Brian Vincent of Solon was walking eastbound along the 4200 block of 180th Street just after 8:00 Thursday night. The vehicle then fled the scene.
