Channel 4 Questions Israel's Proof on Gaza Hospital Blast

The United Nations has called for an independent international investigation into the explosion at a hospital in Gaza City, with Palestinian officials blaming Israel and the Israeli army claiming it was caused by an errant rocket fired by Palestinian Islamic Jihad.
The Palestinian health ministry and Israel have conflicting reports on the number of casualties, and evidence collection is challenging due to heavy bombardment and a fuel shortage.
Investigations by Al Jazeera and Channel 4 revealed inconsistencies in the reconstruction of events presented by the Israeli army, making it difficult to determine who was responsible for the blast.
