The Socialist MEP of Val-de-Marne Isabelle Santiago, rapporteur of the committee of inquiry on child protection, and Mr Franz Achache, a lawyer specializing in family law, agreed to discuss together for the EBRA group's newspapers in order to try to better understand why France is one of the countries where children are most placed in Social Aid for Children (SAE).
