These families, who have entrusted themselves to the EBRA group, have always denounced the placement of their children in the Social Aid for Children (ASE). After a long journey, they finally won a case before the court, which acknowledged his mistakes. These children have found their parents but remain for some traumatized by their passage into the home, where they have been subjected to serious violence.
The Socialist MEP of Val-de-Marne Isabelle Santiago, rapporteur of the committee of inquiry on child protection, and Mr Franz Achache, a lawyer specializing in family law, agreed to discuss together for the EBRA group's newspapers in order to try to better understand why France is one of the countries where children are most placed in Social Aid for Children (SAE).
