Elements of bullying, negligence, sexual harassment found in Zara’s case, Home Minister tells Parliament

KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail has confirmed that investigations into the death of 13-year-old Zara Qairina Mahathir had revealed elements of bullying, negligence and sexual harassment.
