The Green Rail Pass should reach the Lisbon and Porto urban lines the day after the diploma was promulgated, according to the Secretary of State for Mobility. The diploma was promulgated yesterday, but the CP had pointed to October and there are still technical issues to be resolved.
The Green Rail Pass can already be used on the Lisbon and Porto urban trains. However, Fertagus is not yet included.
The Green Rail Pass can be used in the suburbs of the CP in Lisbon and Porto. The measure costs 20 euros per month and, according to the Government, will allow to reduce the cost of transport to half in the face of the intermodal passes Navigante and Andante

The exchange of the intermodal pass Navigante (Lisbon) or Andante (Port) by the Green Rail Pass represents a reduction of the monthly cost by half.
