Former prisoner Beniamino Zuncheddu will be compensated by the state with around 30,000 euros for spending years in small and overcrowded cells. This is recognized by the supervisory court of Cagliari for the 59-year-old former caretaker, who spent 32 years in prison as an innocent man after being convicted for a 1991 triple murder.
