HOLLIDAYSBURG, Pa. (WTAJ) — Several inmates from the Blair County Prison were taken to UPMC Altoona after allegedly overdosing. According to Blair County Commissioner David Kessling, five inmates overdosed on what is suspected to be fentanyl.
