As part of the fund investigation conducted by the Money Laundering Crimes Investigation Bureau of the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, Tera Investment, Destek Investment, Hedef Investment, and Destek and Tera Finance companies were transferred to the TMSF (Turkish Savings Deposit Insurance Fund).
Following its assessment of recent developments, the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK) announced that it has decided that the management of Tera Investment Bank, Destek Investment Bank, Hedef Investment Bank, Destek Factoring, and Tera Finance Factoring will be carried out by the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF).
