In-N-Out Burger proposes second Washington drive-thru in Vancouver

With a newly-proposed site in Vancouver, In-N-Out Burger is continuing its efforts to expand in the Pacific Northwest. As first reported by The Columbian, the California-founded burger chain submitted a commercial development pre-application with the City of Vancouver on Apr. 15. The 3,800-square foot restaurant would be located in the Fircrest neighborhood on 13511 SE 3rd Way.
