After the arrest of a Bureau of Immigration officer at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 1 on Sept. 12, the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) is investigating two more BI personnel at NAIA for their possible involvement in an illegal recruitment and human trafficking scheme.
