VIENNA. A young woman described in court a serious night attack in Vienna. A 40-year-old is charged with attempted rape and denies the sexual assault.
A young woman had been afraid of death in Vienna when she was attacked by a 40-year-old on the way home on August 7th. The man, who was now subjected to the trial for attempted rape, pushed her into a bushes, laid on it and choked her for minutes that she almost fainted. In the process, the woman suffered a blow-off of the cervical vertebra and a thumb break. The trial was postponed for the purpose of obtaining an expert opinion.
