ICAC report into former premier Gladys Berejiklian potentially not legally valid, civil court hears

Summary by Ground News
Gladys Berejiklian has launched a civil case seeking to overturn findings by the Independent Commission Against Corruption. The watchdog's report, delivered last June almost two years after she resigned as premier, did not recommend criminal charges. It followed a series of hearings that included evidence from Ms Berejklian herself, overseen by former judge Ruth McColl. Ms McColl's original term had expired before report was finished, lawyers argue.
