Sentenced to thirteen years in prison for joining Daesh in Syria, Tewffik Bouallag now wishes to leave France permanently for Algeria. Released in April and placed in a detention centre, however, he remains blocked due to the lack of readmission by Algiers.
Tewffik Bouallag, convicted in France for fighting for Daesh in Syria between 2013 and 2014, has been blocked at the administrative detention centre (CRA) in Lesquin (Nord) since April.
