Hulk Hogan’s Widow Sky Daily Accused of Grooming Minor and ‘Criminal Activity’ in Bombshell Lawsuit
Civil suits say Melanie Sky Daily Bollea supplied alcohol at her son’s party, where one minor alleges rape and another claims violence and interference.
Sky Daily, the widow of late wrestler Hulk Hogan, and her son, Hayden Hitt, face two lawsuits alleging they provided alcohol to minors at a March 28 party where a girl claims she was sexually assaulted.
A separate complaint alleges Daily, a 'high-ranking member of the Church of Scientology,' sought to groom her son's girlfriend into the organization using alcohol and 'violent acts' to maintain control.
According to the complaint, Hitt 'advertised' the party in a group chat as offering 'free p****,' where Jane B. Doe was given a Four Loko, lost consciousness, and was assaulted while Hitt guarded the door.
After the plaintiff contacted police, Daily allegedly evicted her, throwing possessions onto the lawn, and authorities 'quietly and quickly' closed the case due to Daily's 'standing with the Church of Scientology,' per filings.
On Tuesday, October 27, Brooke Hogan remarked that watching the family's life 'reduced to transactions' is 'deeply unsettling,' while plaintiffs demand jury trials for allegations of negligence, sexual assault, and battery.
