In what could dramatically accelerate expansion of U.S. Arctic capabilities the Coast Guard is reportedly in negotiations with Finnish shipbuilder Rauma Marine Constructions (RMC) for three to five medium-sized icebreakers....

The shipyard in Rauma is negotiating to build several icebreakers for the United States. Donald Trump and Alexander Stubb discussed the possible order during their meeting in March.

The shipyard's CEO did not comment on HS's information.
