Representatives of the government of Roberto Fico evaluated the decision of the Constitutional Court, which yesterday took a position on the constitutionality of the approved criminal codes. They were approved by the parliamentary majority in December 2023 and were submitted to the Constitutional Court not only by the opposition, but also by President Zuzana Čaputová.
