New research from Mews reveals 98 percent of hoteliers used AI across their operations in the last six months, according to the Mews Hotelier Survey 2026 conducted between December 2025 and March 2026.

Among the most AI-proficient Properties, 52 percent identified Revenue growth as their primary outcome, yet 59 percent of hoteliers insist the front desk welcome and check-in experience should remain human-led.
While 92 percent of hoteliers feel optimistic and 83 percent trust AI tools for decision-making, formal Adoption remains limited, with 41 percent reporting no formal AI policy.
