HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. – Two men are charged with burglary in Hopkinsville. According to a uniform citation, 21-year-old Deonquez Jordan-Ray of Hopkinsville and 20-year-old Jabaree Hinton of Clarksville, Tennessee were arrested on April 24.
